I’m an Australian dietitian
known as The Nude Nutritionist

It took me a decade of dieting to realise I didn’t want to spend the rest of my life obsessed with food or having to start again every Monday. So I quit diets. Put my health (not weight) first. And over time, lost 20kg.

Nowadays, you’ll catch me on the TODAY show or helping people stay on track with healthy eating and exercise with my Back to Basics lifestyle approach.
